    Request Your PIN

    We can not send you your PIN via email or mail due to security reasons, however, we can call you with your PIN.  You must already be a patient of Dr. Beers.  Please provide us with your Name and Birthdate, and we will call you with your PIN in 1-2 business days.  Thanks.

How Do I Sign Up?

To sign up, you will need a PIN from Dr. Beer's Office.  You can either get this PIN at your next appointment, or call our office.  Please note, we can not send your PIN to you via eMail.

What do I need to use the Portal?

  • An unique eMail address for each user.
  • Access to the internet.

What if I don't have an email?

I would recommend signing up for gmail at gmail.com.  This is a free email service.  

Is my medical information secure?

Absolutely!  Our Patient Portal is encrypted with the latest security measures to ensure that your private medical information is safe.
